Exchange your vows under the azure skies beside the turquoise seas in Mykonos. The hotel can organise a special ceremony to exchange vows of eternal love or renew your promises as a couple. From simply the happy couple to the whole family in attendance, the choice is yours!  It is so simple to organize an informal ceremony, choose the date, the venue and the details, there is no paperwork required. The Informal Wedding Certificate is not a legal certificate of marriage.

Greek Orthodox weddings take place in the church of Ag. Haralambos in Mykonos Town (4 kilometres from the hotel)
The Orthodox Greek church of St Haralambosis 4 kms from the hotel in Mykonos Town (Chora) where a local priest will perform the ceremony. A selection of Orthodox churches are found on Mykonos.  Our wedding coordinators can assist with contacts.

NOTES ABOUT GREEK ORTHODOX WEDDINGS:
• One of you must be Greek Orthodox Church and both must be baptized in the Christian faith.
• The ceremony is performed in Greek.
• Special permission has to be granted for services to be performed outdoors.

Civil Marriages are Civil marriages are performed in Mykonos Town (Chora) by the Mayor. Weekdays only.
A popular type of ceremony for a wedding abroad is the civil marriage. The closest Civil Marriage office is in Mykonos Town (Chora).  The ceremony is conducted at the Town Hall from Monday-Friday. The certificate is legally binding around the world and has no connection to any religious faith.
